Before you fly

  • Check-in window

    Opens 24 hours and closes 60 minutes before departure. Bag drop closes 60 minutes before departure (75 minutes for long-haul).

  • Documents

    A valid passport or national ID for every traveller, plus any visa or entry permit your destination requires. Names must match the booking.

  • Dangerous goods

    Spare lithium batteries and power banks go in cabin bags only. Flammable liquids, gas canisters and fireworks are not allowed at all.

  • Bags

    Your checked allowance is shown on your trip, where you can also add bags. Every checked bag gets a tag you can track live with AeroResolve.
